Office Chair Mat Product Details

Office Chair Mat has been designed to be positioned on the floor directly beneath your office chair so your chair rolls around on the chair mat as you work. Ergonomic office chairs tend to be heavy-duty pieces of equipment and if left unchecked would leave your floor vulnerable to marks from your chair.

The chair mats fit into any home or office environment due to their transparent nature which still allows the beauty of your floor design to remain visible. The added benefit of a chair mat on softer floors is that they allow your chair to wheel more easily. This will ensure you are protected from any unnecessary fatigue or strain that may arise from having to manoeuvre your chair on resistant floors.

Choose from rectangular, lipped or rounded chair mats with designs that are suitable for either soft or hard floors.

Please note that the carpet versions are intended for use on carpets with a short to mid-pile.

Delivery Information

For all delivery only stock orders, we aim to deliver the goods within 4 working days. Not all products shown on the website are held in stock or can be sent via courier ie desktops and therefore the delivery time of these goods may vary. We will keep you updated regularly with estimated delivery times on these goods.

BOXED DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges below are for UK mainland only orders. For all other destinations please contact us for a quote or proceed to the checkout and enter your delivery information.

Accessories ordered on their own are charged at £5 + VAT per delivery - this offer is only available for internet orders. All orders including a boxed chair or desk (No Setup) are charged at £15 + VAT per order

The personal delivery and setup charges below are for deliveries to Mainland UK only.

Desk:  £50

If you order a Chair and a Desk together then only one £50 charge will apply.

RETURNS

We offer a two week trial period on the majority of products (exclusions do apply ie Software, Headsets etc) which starts from the day you receive your item(s). If you wish to return an item then simply email us at office@backcs.co.uk so we can provide a returns note and number. Upon receipt of the returned items we will issue a full refund excluding any outward delivery charges. Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item would be available on this two weeks return period.

Goods and packaging must be in their original condition and returned within business hours, carriage paid with the returns note enclosed.

If you are returning an item due to a fault or damage then please contact us and we will arrange for the collection of the item(s).
