HÅG Conventio 9521 is an ergonomic conference chair that has been designed with meetings and conferences in mind. Its standout feature is its rocking mechanism, which is unique compared to most other conference chairs. It lets you move more freely whilst being seated which helps keep you focussed and energized for long events and meetings. HÅG Conventio 9521 is 2cm deeper and 4cm wider than the 9520.

HÅG Conventio 9521 Chair Product Details

HÅG Conventio 9521 has a fully upholstered backrest and seat which makes it supportive and comfortable for meetings and conferences. There are various upholstery options to choose from to suit your needs aesthetically and practically.

The chair is lightweight and robust making it easy to use and able to withstand heavy use. A recessed handle in the backrest makes it easy to carry and the chairs are easy to store due to their compact design and stacking capability of 15 high.

The chair incorporates HÅG in Balance® technology for subconscious movement. A central pivoting point ensures that you always sit in balance with the front end of the chair tilting upwards as you lean back and down when you lean forwards. This effortless action makes it very easy to vary your working position without thinking about it, which encourages greater blood circulation. This helps with energy levels and concentration for long meetings and events.

Armrests and a writing tablet is available as an optional extra and the chair can be dressed up for a night event with the optional HÅG SlipCover.

For all delivery only stock orders, we aim to deliver the goods within 4 working days. Not all products shown on the website are held in stock or can be sent via courier ie desktops and therefore the delivery time of these goods may vary. We will keep you updated regularly with estimated delivery times on these goods.

Delivery charges below are for UK mainland only orders. For all other destinations please contact us for a quote or proceed to the checkout and enter your delivery information.

Accessories ordered on their own are charged at £5 + VAT per delivery - this offer is only available for internet orders. All orders including a boxed chair or desk (No Setup) are charged at £15 + VAT per order

If you order a Chair and a Desk together then only one £50 charge will apply.

RETURNS

We offer a two week trial period on the majority of products (exclusions do apply ie Software, Headsets etc) which starts from the day you receive your item(s). If you wish to return an item then simply email us at office@backcs.co.uk so we can provide a returns note and number. Upon receipt of the returned items we will issue a full refund excluding any outward delivery charges. Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item would be available on this two weeks return period.

Goods and packaging must be in their original condition and returned within business hours, carriage paid with the returns note enclosed.

If you are returning an item due to a fault or damage then please contact us and we will arrange for the collection of the item(s).
