Ruby HD Magnifier Product Details

Ruby HD has a 4.3-inch widescreen and built-in LED lighting to provide magnified high-contrast images, from 2 to 13 times, without any distortion. Its streamlined design means it can slip comfortably into a pocket or purse, giving you easy access to photos, prescription labels, and much more.

Ruby HD Magnifier is easy to use and has advanced features that can make you even more independent. The device allows you to change text and background colours to suit your reading needs. The slide-show mode lets you review all your pictures hands-free. The reading line and mask feature is useful for keeping your place in a document. You can use the snapshot feature to freeze any image to examine it in more detail or save it in RUBY HD’s large storage area. You can even transfer images to your computer with the USB port.

Ruby HD includes rechargeable batteries so you can always be ready to see and read what you need. The foldable handle lets you use the device like a traditional magnifying glass. When the handle is folded, the device sits flat on the reading surface for a more stable image.

Delivery Information

For all delivery only stock orders, we aim to deliver the goods within 4 working days. Not all products shown on the website are held in stock or can be sent via courier ie desktops and therefore the delivery time of these goods may vary. We will keep you updated regularly with estimated delivery times on these goods.

BOXED DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges below are for UK mainland only orders. For all other destinations please contact us for a quote or proceed to the checkout and enter your delivery information.

Accessories ordered on their own are charged at £5 + VAT per delivery - this offer is only available for internet orders. All orders including a boxed chair or desk (No Setup) are charged at £15 + VAT per order

PERSONAL DELIVERY BY A BACK CARE SOLUTIONS DSE TRAINED ENGINEER

The personal delivery and setup charges below are for deliveries to Mainland UK only.

Chair:  £50
Desk:  £50

If you order a Chair and a Desk together then only one £50 charge will apply.

RETURNS

We offer a two week trial period on the majority of products (exclusions do apply ie Software, Headsets etc) which starts from the day you receive your item(s). If you wish to return an item then simply email us at office@backcs.co.uk so we can provide a returns note and number. Upon receipt of the returned items we will issue a full refund excluding any outward delivery charges. Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item would be available on this two weeks return period.

Goods and packaging must be in their original condition and returned within business hours, carriage paid with the returns note enclosed.

If you are returning an item due to a fault or damage then please contact us and we will arrange for the collection of the item(s).
