Disability Awareness Training supports team members in understanding and working more effectively with neurodiverse and disabled colleagues in their workplace. Sessions help to reduce workplace barriers and promote inclusive practices, while building empathy and practice skills to accommodate a range of needs. Attendees will gain the confidence to create accessible work environments and address disability-related challenges with clarity and competence.

The training session can cover a wide range of topics depending on the organisation’s needs. These include:

• Neurodiversity
• Autism
• ADHD
• Menopause
• Visual and Hearing Impairments
• Other long-term/chronic health conditions

Each interactive session is carried out face-to-face and run for two and half hours and are designed for group of up to 10 participants. A pre-session consultation is offered to ensure the training meets the organisation’s specific needs and post-session materials are provided for ongoing reference and support.
