Our flexible approach allows us to build the service around the needs of your organisation and its employees.
A typical pathway may begin with an employee completing our e-learning and a self-assessment, enabling straightforward DSE and ergonomic requirements to be identified and resolved quickly by our team of specialists.
Where further support is required, the employee can be escalated to the appropriate specialist service. Depending on their individual circumstances, this could include a DSE or ergonomic assessment, Workplace Needs & Accessibility Assessment, neurodiversity support, assistive technology assessment, hearing or visual impairment assessment, coaching or specialist training.
Following assessment, clear recommendations and an individual action plan can be provided. Where equipment, furniture, assistive technology or other workplace adjustments are recommended, we can also support their provision and implementation. Where we provide equipment, we also train the end user in its correct use, adjustment and functionality. This helps ensure that recommended solutions are not simply supplied, but are understood and used effectively by the employee to achieve the intended benefit.
Our involvement doesn't end once a product or solution has been delivered. We can provide ongoing aftercare across our services, helping employees get the most from the support that has been put in place and assisting with any subsequent queries, adjustments or suitability issues. Where products have been supplied, we can also manage warranty queries and resolution on the customer's behalf, liaising with manufacturers and suppliers as required. This provides your organisation and employees with a single point of contact and removes another time-consuming administrative process from your internal teams. This creates a joined-up, end-to-end process that helps ensure employees receive the right level of support at the right time - from identifying an initial requirement through to implementation, training and ongoing aftercare – while reducing the administrative burden on HR, Health & Safety, Occupational Health and other internal teams.
Our wider workplace support can include:
- DSE e-learning and self-assessments
- Escalated DSE and ergonomic assessments
- Workplace Needs & Accessibility Assessments
- Neurodiversity Workplace Needs Assessments
- Assistive Technology Assessments
- Dyslexia Desk Assessments
- Hearing Loss Workplace Assessments
- Visual Impairment Workplace Assessments
- Workplace Strategy Coaching
- ADHD & AuDHD Coaching
- Assistive Software Technical Training
- Disability Impact and Awareness Training
- Ergonomic and specialist equipment provision
- Assistive hardware and software
- End-user equipment training
- Support with implementing reasonable adjustments
- Ongoing aftercare and employee support
- Product and equipment support

This means employees don't have to fit into a single process, and support doesn't stop once an assessment has been completed or equipment has been delivered. Requirements can be identified and directed towards the most appropriate support, with training and ongoing assistance available to help ensure solutions are correctly implemented, understood and continue to meet the employee's needs. The result is a more complete approach to creating safer, healthier, more accessible and inclusive workplaces.

Our aim isn't simply to recommend or supply a solution. We want to help ensure that it is implemented correctly, understood by the employee and continues to work effectively for both the individual and the organisation.
Where we provide equipment, we can train the end-user in its correct use and adjustment, helping them understand how to get the maximum benefit from the solution provided. This is particularly important with specialist ergonomic equipment and assistive technology, where correct setup and use can be fundamental to achieving the intended outcome.
Our aftercare service then provides an ongoing point of contact should employees require further guidance or if circumstances change.
Where equipment has been supplied and a fault or warranty issue arises, we can coordinate the resolution process on your behalf, reducing the need for your internal teams to manage manufacturers, suppliers and individual cases themselves.
By combining assessment, specialist expertise, product provision, end-user training, implementation and aftercare within one service, we can help remove many of the separate processes traditionally managed by HR, Health & Safety, Occupational Health, Facilities and other internal teams.
Every organisation is different, which is why our service can be adapted around your existing workplace processes, policies and support pathways. Whether you're looking for a fully managed end-to-end solution or support with one specific area, our team can help you develop an approach that works for your organisation and your employees.
