Our Face-to-Face DSE (Display Screen Equipment) Workstation Assessment is perfect for assisting you with your DSE responsibilities by assessing the management of existing and prevention of future work-related musculoskeletal complaints. Completed face to face with the end user, we will discuss musculoskeletal issues, observe the workstation and end user's working habits, discuss their role and make any adjustments possible. A full, detailed report is completed and provided within 48 hours of completion.

What is the difference between a Standard DSE Assessment and Advanced DSE Assessment?

Our DSE Workstation Assessments goes into great detail within the report to provide a detailed response for every aspect of the individual's workstation and working environment. It outlines in detail what equipment is in place and the features of the equipment in use, as well as all adjustments made at the assessment. Comprehensive information is provided on all aspects of the working environment (whether good or bad) and any recommendations and advice to be considered. 

What happens before, during and after my Advanced DSE Assessment?

Once your Face-to-Face DSE assessment is ordered, we will contact you to book a date and time for the assessment which is convenient for you.

On the day of the assessment we will discuss any musculoskeletal issues in greater depth and analyse your workstation and working habits. Each aspect of the working environment will be assessed and observations of working posture and equipment will take place. We shall adjust existing equipment to provide a greater level of comfort and support as well as providing advice on how the existing workstation setup could be improved. We shall take measurements of the end user and take photographs of the working environment to assist in the understanding of any recommendations made.

Following the DSE assessment, we shall provide a comprehensive report which outlines any risks identified and explains any changes made at the assessment. Advice and recommendations to be considered for implementation will also be provided within the report. If applicable, a quote shall also be provided for any product recommendations.
