Plantronics EncorePro HW520 is a duo-corded headset with a noise-cancelling microphone and clever design features. The new design of the Plantronics EncorePro range features smooth tactile feedback, allowing you to adjust your microphone to the perfect position for clearer conversation. The next-generation noise-cancelling microphone features enhanced echo and background noise cancellation for a better caller experience. Wideband audio offers rich, clear voice quality, whilst acoustic protection with Plantronics' SoundGuard technology helps to protect the user from noise spikes and listening fatigue.

To ensure perfect microphone positioning, the EncorePro 520 users can feel and hear the ratchet clicks, when moving their microphone boom, alerting them to the proper positioning for optimum voice detection. The 'unibody' boom itself is part of the headset as a whole, meaning that there is no part to break off - strengthening a key area that is frequently damaged with intensive headset use.

With laser welding and aircraft-grade aluminium, the EncorePro range is highly resistant and reliable, with a particular focus on the stability and strength of the joints between earpieces, ensuring maximum robustness. But comfort is not compromised, with newly designed ultra-soft foam ear cushions, the EncorePro 520 is lightweight and comfortable even during periods of intensive use.

The Quick Disconnect feature allows you to conveniently and quickly walk away from your desk, as well as make it compatible with all USB and desk phone audio processors in addition to direct connect cables.

For all delivery-only stock orders, we aim to deliver the goods within the timeframe outlined on the product page. Not all products shown on the website are held in stock or can be sent via courier ie desktops and therefore the delivery time of these goods may vary. We will keep you updated regularly with estimated delivery times for these goods.

BOXED DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges below are for UK mainland-only orders. For all other destinations please contact us for a quote or proceed to the checkout and enter your delivery information.

Accessories ordered on their own are charged at £5 + VAT per delivery - this offer is only available for internet orders. All orders including a boxed chair or desk (No Setup) are charged at £15 + VAT per order

The personal delivery and setup charges below are for deliveries to Mainland UK only.

Chair:  £65
Desk:  £65

If you order a Chair and a Desk together then only one £65 charge will apply.

RETURNS

We offer a two-week trial period on the majority of products (exclusions do apply ie Software, Headsets etc) which starts from the day you receive your item(s). If you wish to return an item then simply email us at office@backcs.co.uk so we can provide a returns note and number. Upon receipt of the returned items, we will issue a full refund excluding any outward delivery charges. Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item will be available during this two-week return period.

Goods and packaging must be in their original condition and returned within business hours, carriage paid with the returns note enclosed.

If you are returning an item due to a fault or damage then please contact us and we will arrange for the collection of the item(s).
