Workplace Strategy Co-Coaching Procedure

  • Our third-party assessor will be assigned the request for the coaching
  • A coaching appointment will be arranged within three working days of initial receipt of referral
  • Upon agreeing on a convenient date with the team or individual, the coach will conduct the session
  • Coaching is tailored to the unique needs of your team and will be defined in advance
  • Flexible scheduling to suit individual and business needs

Delivery Information

For all delivery-only stock orders, we aim to deliver the goods within the timeframe outlined on the product page. Not all products shown on the website are held in stock or can be sent via courier ie desktops and therefore the delivery time of these goods may vary. We will keep you updated regularly with estimated delivery times for these goods.

BOXED DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges below are for UK mainland-only orders. For all other destinations please contact us for a quote or proceed to the checkout and enter your delivery information.

Accessories ordered on their own are charged at £5 + VAT per delivery - this offer is only available for internet orders. All orders including a boxed chair or desk (No Setup) are charged at £15 + VAT per order

PERSONAL DELIVERY BY A BACK CARE SOLUTIONS DSE-TRAINED ENGINEER

The personal delivery and setup charges below are for deliveries to Mainland UK only.

Chair:  £65
Desk:  £65

If you order a Chair and a Desk together then only one £65 charge will apply.

RETURNS

We offer a two-week trial period on the majority of products (exclusions do apply ie Software, Headsets etc) which starts from the day you receive your item(s). If you wish to return an item then simply email us at office@backcs.co.uk so we can provide a returns note and number. Upon receipt of the returned items, we will issue a full refund excluding any outward delivery charges. Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item will be available during this two-week return period.

Goods and packaging must be in their original condition and returned within business hours, carriage paid with the returns note enclosed.

If you are returning an item due to a fault or damage then please contact us and we will arrange for the collection of the item(s).
