Product Code: BCS001-ADSE-F
£95.00ex. VAT

Our Advanced DSE (Display Screen Equipment) Workstation Assessment is the same as our Standard DSE Assessment but with a enhanced level of detail within the report. The assessment provides greater feedback on the adjustments made at the assessment as well outlining the features of the existing chair and equipment being used. Greater detail is given within the report to outline any risks identified and provide clear, detailed advice and recommendations for every aspect of the workstation and environment.

Our Advanced DSE Assessment is perfect for assisting you with your DSE responsibilities by assessing the management of existing and prevention of future work-related musculoskeletal complaints. Completed face to face with the end user, we will collate more information at our Advanced DSE Workstation Assessment to deliver a greater level of understanding to any recommendations made. Although greater detail and information is provided, the recommendations across both assessments will be the same.

Why would you need a DSE workstation assessment?

If you or your staff have any work-related injuries then our Advanced DSE Assessment will provide comprehensively detailed advice and recommendations to assist with the management of these injuries. Similarly, if you are looking to prevent work-related injuries occurring then our Advanced DSE Workstation Assessments will identify any risks for individual and whole workforce's to provide long-term advice and improvements to keep your staff healthy.

What is the difference between a Standard DSE Assessment and Advanced DSE Assessment?

Both the standard and advanced DSE assessments deliver the same end result of identifying risks and providing recommendations - however, the Advanced DSE Workstation Assessment goes into greater detail within the report to provide a detailed response for every aspect of the individual's workstation and working environment. It outlines in detail what equipment is in place and the features of the chair in use, as well as all adjustments made at the assessment. Comprehensive information is provided on all aspects of the working environment (whether good or bad) and any recommendations and advice to be considered.

What happens before, during and after my Advanced DSE Assessment?

Once your Advanced DSE assessment is ordered, we will contact you to book a date and time for the assessment which is convenient for you.

On the day of the assessment we will conduct a face to face assessment in which we will discuss any physical complaints in greater depth and analyse your workstation. Each aspect of the working environment will be assessed and observations of working posture and equipment will take place. We shall adjust existing equipment to provide a greater level of comfort and support. We shall take measurements for the end user and take photographs of the working environment to assist in the understanding of any recommendations made.

Following the Advanced DSE assessment, we shall provide a comprehensive report which outlines any risks identified and explains any changes made at the assessment. Advice and recommendations to be considered for implementation will also be provided within the report. If applicable, a quote shall also be provided for any product recommendations.

Please note that during Covid-19 all on-site assessments will be conducted whilst trying to observe social distancing guidelines. Some close interaction may be required to adjust existing equipment but all of our assessors are fully equipped with PPE to ensure this is completed safely.
