Contour RollerMouse Mobile Product Details
Contour RollerMouse Mobile has received the prestigious Red Dot Design Award for exceptional design quality, joining Contour Unimouse and RollerMouse Red as Red Dot Award recipients.
Although the RollerMouse Mobile is a lot smaller than Contour’s other models, its functionality has not been compromised. The mouse has a wide roller bar with high precision and a dual sensor that guarantees the same functionality as other RollerMouse models, despite its smaller size. By using the Rollerbar you naturally vary your working position as you use both hands to navigate the cursor. This avoids the potentially harmful micro-movements typical of one-handed mice and laptop touchpads.
RollerMouse Mobile allows you to increase your performance while also ensuring you can work in comfort and safety. As well as a centralised layout and a roller bar, it also features five programmable buttons that can be set to your favourite shortcuts. If you often use copy/paste, your work will only get easier. By using the buttons on the mouse, you minimise the number of clicks that you would otherwise do with a traditional computer mouse. This helps to minimise strain and fatigue and if you need to reprogram the buttons this is easily done with the optional software driver.
RollerMouse Mobile is your perfect companion for painless work on the go. The mouse is small, compact and lightweight so you can effortlessly carry it with you on the go. The wireless connectivity via Bluetooth or the included USB dongle also ensures easy connection to your computer. The included mouse cover is easy to fold around the mouse to prevent damage and does not take up a lot of space.
The mouse features several DPI levels which control the speed and precision of the cursor. The DPI level can be set from 600 to 3000 dpi which makes your work efficient and more precise.
Ergonomic Benefits
The chances are you are spending a vast amount of time at work and at home using a computer for tasking and recreation. This invariably means using some form of mouse or touchpad to fulfil your duties. Over time, the focussed and repetitive movements of mouse work can lead to musculoskeletal disorders and affect your performance. This makes the mouse an incredibly important part of your workstation.
Ergonomic mice are quite diverse and one that is correctly specified will not only meet your physical needs, but also help you to optimise your workspace. The mouse will safeguard you from the risk of pain and injury and also allow you to work efficiently and accurately.
