Halo Chair Pro has been ergonomically designed to ensure a healthy posture and the freedom to work and move from a strong position. The shape of the saddle improves your posture by placing you into a near-standing position with your feet placed firmly on the ground. This creates a very strong tripod position between your two feet and the chair base.
The upright work position opens up your hips to an optimal 135° angle which tilts your pelvis forwards, points your thighs downwards and allows your back to assume its natural ‘s-curve'. This neutral position is easy to maintain and ensures you are protected from strain and musculoskeletal injuries. The upright posture allows your core to open up which optimises blood circulation and breathing. And because of this, your body is able to work efficiently, circulating oxygen and nutrients as well as getting rid of waste products like carbon dioxide. The upright posture also gives your core muscles a gentle workout as you flex and relax to maintain a steady position. This is great for your metabolic rate and core strength.
This chair comes with Halo’s Pro mechanism which provides robust support and versatility, allowing you to find the optimal work position whatever the task. Adjustments can be made to set the seat height, seat angle and back angle, allowing you to find the perfect position. The back and seat angle are lockable giving you the confidence you are working from a strong base.
A height-adjustable back support provides you with some additional mid-back and lumbar support without restricting your movement and is fitted with an inflatable lumbar support as standard.
