Addit ErgoDoc® Document Holder & Writing Slope Product Details

The document holder raises the height of paperwork which means your posture remains in a healthy position, minimising the chance of developing postural problems or further aggravating existing ones. The height-adjustment allows you to set the unit to a height that suits you, just underneath the computer screen, and this minimises the potential of neck strain and eye fatigue. As the document holder sits in-line with the computer screen there is no need to constantly twist the head when referencing which further reduces the chance of neck strain.

Delivery Information

For all delivery only stock orders, we aim to deliver the goods within 4 working days. Not all products shown on the website are held in stock or can be sent via courier ie desktops and therefore the delivery time of these goods may vary. We will keep you updated regularly with estimated delivery times on these goods.

BOXED DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges below are for UK mainland only orders. For all other destinations please contact us for a quote or proceed to the checkout and enter your delivery information.

Accessories ordered on their own are charged at £5 + VAT per delivery - this offer is only available for internet orders. All orders including a boxed chair or desk (No Setup) are charged at £15 + VAT per order

PERSONAL DELIVERY BY A BACK CARE SOLUTIONS DSE TRAINED ENGINEER

The personal delivery and setup charges below are for deliveries to Mainland UK only.

Chair:  £50
Desk:  £50

If you order a Chair and a Desk together then only one £50 charge will apply.

RETURNS

We offer a two week trial period on the majority of products (exclusions do apply ie Software, Headsets etc) which starts from the day you receive your item(s). If you wish to return an item then simply email us at office@backcs.co.uk so we can provide a returns note and number. Upon receipt of the returned items we will issue a full refund excluding any outward delivery charges. Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item would be available on this two weeks return period.

Goods and packaging must be in their original condition and returned within business hours, carriage paid with the returns note enclosed.

If you are returning an item due to a fault or damage then please contact us and we will arrange for the collection of the item(s).
