Neurodiversity Workplace Needs Assessment is a practical review that identifies how neurodivergent traits may affect a person at work and provides tailored recommendations to improve well-being and performance. This assessment is designed for individuals with (or suspected of having) conditions such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and other neurodiverse profiles. This is a remote session and does not replace a diagnostic evaluation but focuses on actionable support strategies.

Neurodiversity Assessment Procedure

  • Our in-house assessor will be assigned the request for the assessment
  • A remote assessment booking link will be sent within 24 hours of initial receipt of referral, for the end user to choose a suitable assessment date and time
  • Upon agreeing on a convenient date with the employee, the assessor will conduct the assessment
  • Upon completion of the assessment, a summary report will be submitted within 72 hours to the employer
