Neurodiversity Workplace Needs Assessment is a practical review that identifies how neurodivergent traits may affect a person at work and provides tailored recommendations to improve well-being and performance. This assessment is designed for individuals with (or suspected of having) conditions such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and other neurodiverse profiles. This is a remote session and does not replace a diagnostic evaluation but focuses on actionable support strategies.

Neurodiversity Assessment Procedure

  • Our third-party assessor will be assigned the request for the assessment
  • A remote assessment appointment will be arranged within three working days of initial receipt of referral
  • Upon agreeing on a convenient date with the employee, the assessor will conduct the assessment
  • Upon completion of the assessment, a summary report will be submitted within 14 days to the employer

Accessories ordered on their own are charged at £5 + VAT per delivery - this offer is only available for internet orders. All orders including a boxed chair or desk (No Setup) are charged at £15 + VAT per order

RETURNS

We offer a two-week trial period on the majority of products (exclusions do apply ie Software, Headsets etc) which starts from the day you receive your item(s). If you wish to return an item then simply email us at office@backcs.co.uk so we can provide a returns note and number. Upon receipt of the returned items, we will issue a full refund excluding any outward delivery charges. Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item will be available during this two-week return period.

Goods and packaging must be in their original condition and returned within business hours, carriage paid with the returns note enclosed.

If you are returning an item due to a fault or damage then please contact us and we will arrange for the collection of the item(s).
