Neurodiversity Workplace Needs Assessment is a practical review that identifies how neurodivergent traits may affect a person at work and provides tailored recommendations to improve well-being and performance. Neurodiversity Assessment Procedure

• Our in-house assessor will be assigned the request for the assessment
• An assessment appointment will be arranged within three working days of initial receipt of referral
• Upon agreeing a convenient date with the employee, our in-house assessor will conduct the assessment remotely
• Following the assessment, a detailed report will be submitted within 14 days to the employer
