Neurodiversity Workplace Needs Assessment is a practical review that identifies how neurodivergent traits may affect a person at work and provides tailored recommendations to improve well-being and performance. This assessment is designed for individuals with (or suspected of having) conditions such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and other neurodiverse profiles. It does not replace a diagnostic evaluation but focuses on actionable support strategies.

Neurodiversity Assessment Procedure

  • Our in-house assessor will be assigned the request for the assessment
  • An assessment appointment will be arranged within three working days of initial receipt of referral
  • Upon agreeing a convenient date with the employee, our in-house assessor will conduct the assessment remotely
  • Following the assessment, a detailed report will be submitted within 14 days to the employer
