R-Go HE Break Mouse Product Details

R-Go HE Break Mouse has a vertical position that engages your forearm for mouse movements, instead of just your hand. This engages the larger muscles when using your mouse, which in turn helps to protect against fatigue and strain injuries like RSI.

R-Go HE Break mouse has a round shape so that your hand and wrist are in a natural, relaxed position. The mouse fits comfortably in your hand and supports all fingers and is available in two sizes.

The mouse features integrated break software which is a really unique feature. This software prompts you to take regular breaks throughout the day which promotes blood circulation, prevents overloading and helps keep you fit.

LED colour signals in the mouse indicate how healthily you are working and prompts you to take frequent breaks. These vital breaks help prevent fatigue, stress of muscles and tendons, stimulate the body's circulation and keep you fit throughout your working day. During mouse usage, the light changes colour like a traffic light. The green light means you're working healthily, orange means it is time to take a break, red light means you have been working too long. By using these subtle colour signals, you will receive simple and positive feedback about healthy (break) behaviour.

Ergonomic Benefits

The chances are you are spending a vast amount of time at work and at home using a computer for tasking and recreation. This invariably means using some form of mouse or touchpad to fulfil your duties. Over time, the focussed and repetitive movements of mouse work can lead to musculoskeletal disorders and affect your performance. This makes the mouse an incredibly important part of your workstation.
