As such it would be prudent to be able to provide advice for both the employee and the business, regards the condition. This will help to ensure that staff feel supported, and valued and have opportunities to maximise their productivity.

Commissioning A Workplace Assessment

Naturally, as a responsible employer, you will want to ensure compliance with The Equality Act 2010, but you also want to make sure your employees are well looked after and are able to work at their best.
