Workplace Assessments are for people who may be experiencing a range of work-related barriers, through disability, impairment and any other difficulties. The assessments provide an in-depth analysis of the workstation set-up and the general workplace to ensure employees can work productively, safely and are well-supported to overcome any issues

Workplace Assessments have been developed to help employees with specific needs overcome challenges in and around the workplace. Our professional third-party consultant will make a comprehensive analysis of the entire work environment and present reasonable solutions that would allow employees to comfortably contribute and work at their best.

What Will Our Workplace Assessments Identify?

  • Issues an employee is facing because of their specific needs

Workplace Assessment Procedure

  • Our third-party consultant will be assigned the request for the assessment
  • An assessment appointment will be arranged within three working days of the initial receipt of the referral
  • Upon agreeing to a convenient date with the employee, the consultant will establish the difficulties they are facing
  • The consultant will assess the employee, their work and environment and the duties they carry out. Recommendations will be discussed to enable them to do their job more effectively
  • Upon completion of the assessment, the report will be submitted within 14 days to the employer
