3Dee Ergonomic Office Chair Product Details

The chair has a 3D ball-bearing, movable joint at the bottom of the stem where it meets the star-base. This supports and encourages 360° movement because as you reach forwards, backwards and sideways, the joint allows the chair to tilt and follow your body’s movements. Fluid seating positions are also encouraged throughout the working day, helping strengthen the back and core muscles. Blood flow is also improved, which combats fatigue and helps productivity and concentration.

Vertical movement is enhanced by the high-tech spring strut which is the central element to the complex 3D mechanism. The spring gives the chair its bouncing movement which helps relieve the inter-vertebral discs of the back and stimulates blood flow. Adjustments can be made for height, weight and sideways movement.

The seat is slightly convex, upholstered with breathable multi-zone integral foam and equipped with the flexzone technology that adapts to your physique. Five functional layers provide breathable, pressure-relieving and heat-regulating sitting comfort without any pressure points.

The backrest is constructed using patented lamellar technology which provides support without restricting movement for when you are working. The arch shape of the backrest is optimised to suit most people thanks to the individually adjustable counter pressure and lumbar support.

For all delivery only stock orders, we aim to deliver the goods within 4 working days. Not all products shown on the website are held in stock or can be sent via courier ie desktops and therefore the delivery time of these goods may vary. We will keep you updated regularly with estimated delivery times on these goods.

Accessories ordered on their own are charged at £5 + VAT per delivery - this offer is only available for internet orders. All orders including a boxed chair or desk (No Setup) are charged at £15 + VAT per order

RETURNS

We offer a two week trial period on the majority of products (exclusions do apply ie Software, Headsets etc) which starts from the day you receive your item(s). If you wish to return an item then simply email us at office@backcs.co.uk so we can provide a returns note and number. Upon receipt of the returned items we will issue a full refund excluding any outward delivery charges. Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item would be available on this two weeks return period.

Goods and packaging must be in their original condition and returned within business hours, carriage paid with the returns note enclosed.

If you are returning an item due to a fault or damage then please contact us and we will arrange for the collection of the item(s).
