Our Specialist DSE (Display Screen Equipment) Workstation Assessment is conducted by an external, qualified medical professional or ergonomist. Our internal assessors that conduct the Standard and Advanced DSE assessments are fully trained DSE assessors - however, there may be occasions where you feel a qualified medical professional is needed. The assessment will address any risks identified and provide accurate and detailed advice to action. The report will take into account every part of the user's working life including all environmental aspects. There is no physical examination conducted at the assessment, however, medical conditions etc will be discussed and measurements / photographs taken.
The outcomes of all our DSE assessments is the same - with bespoke, detailed and educated recommendations provided to any risks identified. However, our specialist DSE assessments are conducted by qualified external medical professionals or ergonomists whereas our standard and advanced DSE assessments are conducted by internal, DSE trained staff. At the specialist DSE assessment, no adjustments will be made to existing workstation equipment.
If you would prefer to have a medical professional, with a high level of medical experience to undertake the assessment, then the specialist DSE assessment would be the one for you. These assessments also take into account further work-related scenarios outside of the workstation environment by assessing access and transportation requirements.
Once your Specialist DSE assessment is ordered, we will contact you to book a date and time for the assessment which is convenient for you. Alternatively, we will pass your contact details onto the third party conducting the assessment who will get in touch to arrange the assessment.
On the day of the assessment, an external medical professional will conduct a face to face assessment in which they will discuss any physical complaints in greater depth and analyse your workstation and full working enviornment including access to buildings and transportation requirements. Every aspect of the working environment will be assessed in depth and observations of working posture and equipment will take place.
Following the Specialist DSE assessment, we shall provide a full, detailed report which highlights any risks identified and recommendations to action. If applicable, a quote shall also be provided for any product recommendations.
Please note that during Covid-19 all on-site assessments will be conducted whilst trying to observe social distancing guidelines. Some close interaction may be required to adjust existing equipment but all of our assessors are fully equipped with PPE to ensure this is completed safely.

For all delivery only stock orders, we aim to deliver the goods within 4 working days. Not all products shown on the website are held in stock or can be sent via courier ie desktops and therefore the delivery time of these goods may vary. We will keep you updated regularly with estimated delivery times on these goods.
Delivery charges below are for UK mainland only orders. For all other destinations please contact us for a quote or proceed to the checkout and enter your delivery information.
Accessories ordered on their own are charged at £5 + VAT per delivery - this offer is only available for internet orders. All orders including a boxed chair or desk (No Setup) are charged at £15 + VAT per order

We offer a two week trial period on the majority of products (exclusions do apply ie Software, Headsets etc) which starts from the day you receive your item(s). If you wish to return an item then simply email us at email@example.com so we can provide a returns note and number. Upon receipt of the returned items we will issue a full refund excluding any outward delivery charges. Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item would be available on this two weeks return period.
Goods and packaging must be in their original condition and returned within business hours, carriage paid with the returns note enclosed.
If you are returning an item due to a fault or damage then please contact us and we will arrange for the collection of the item(s).
