Our Return To Work Assessment is conducted by a qualified medical professional and is designed to simplify and streamline the return to work process for an individual that has been on long term sickness due to mental or physical health problems. The Return To Work Assessment will consider all aspects of working life including environment, role and travel to provide advice and recommendations for implementation to ensure any barriers to returning to work comfortably and effectively are removed. Following the assessment a full report will be provided to outline any health and safety or welfare issues that would need to be addressed prior to an employee returning to their normal duties.

Why Would We Need A Return To Work Assessment?

If an employee is absent, particularly for long periods, this can have a significant impact on the productivity and profitability of a business. It places extra strain on other employees and can lower morale and efficiencies of an entire workforce. Therefore, it is in the best interests of a business to ensure an employee can return from an absence as soon as possible.

Businesses have a responsibility to ensure that staff returning to work (and those remaining at work) are looked after from a health, safety and welfare viewpoint. Those that are returning to work from an absence following injury, illness or health problems may need extra considerations to maintain a safe work place. A Return To Work Assessment highlights these additional requirements and provides advice on aspects to implement.

For all delivery only stock orders, we aim to deliver the goods within 4 working days. Not all products shown on the website are held in stock or can be sent via courier ie desktops and therefore the delivery time of these goods may vary. We will keep you updated regularly with estimated delivery times on these goods.

BOXED DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges below are for UK mainland only orders. For all other destinations please contact us for a quote or proceed to the checkout and enter your delivery information.

Accessories ordered on their own are charged at £5 + VAT per delivery - this offer is only available for internet orders. All orders including a boxed chair or desk (No Setup) are charged at £15 + VAT per order

The personal delivery and setup charges below are for deliveries to Mainland UK only.

Chair:  £50
Desk:  £50

If you order a Chair and a Desk together then only one £50 charge will apply.

RETURNS

We offer a two week trial period on the majority of products (exclusions do apply ie Software, Headsets etc) which starts from the day you receive your item(s). If you wish to return an item then simply email us at office@backcs.co.uk so we can provide a returns note and number. Upon receipt of the returned items we will issue a full refund excluding any outward delivery charges. Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item would be available on this two weeks return period.

Goods and packaging must be in their original condition and returned within business hours, carriage paid with the returns note enclosed.

If you are returning an item due to a fault or damage then please contact us and we will arrange for the collection of the item(s).
