Assistive Software Technical Training - Product Details

Assistive software technical training is designed to help individuals build confidence and proficiency when using Assistive software tools. Training sessions are personalised and tailored to help overcome work-related challenges and cover everything from basic functionality to advanced features. Sessions also provide practical strategies to ensure long-term success when using these tools and also focus on applying software use effectively to an individual’s specific workplace environment.

NOTE: All software must be installed prior to beginning any training sessions. 

Recommended Training Length

As everyone learns at a different pace and in different ways, the recommended training time for each software varies. We've therefore put together the following table to act as a rough guide. 

Additional training hours can be purchased as needed. You will only be charged for the training time / blocks you actually complete. For example, if you purchase 3 hours of remote training but only use 2 hours, the unused hour will be credited back to you. Similarly, if you order 2 blocks of 3 hour on-site training and only use 1 block then the additional 3 hour block will be credited back.
