Our remote workstation setup is designed to ensure individuals or entire workforce's have their workstations setup correctly. We offer to complete these remote workstation setups via whichever method is preferred by the customer ie Whatsapp, Skype, Facetime, Teams or Zoom. These remote workstation setups provide clear advice on how the workstation should be set up for each individual and their requirements along with a talk-through guide on adjusting their equipment as required.

The remote workstation setup is ideal for any circumstances where immediate and urgent advice and guidance is required or in situations and environments where the on-site ergonomic workstation setup can not be conducted. By the end of the call, each individual's workstation will be adjusted as ergonomically as is possible to their needs. Should the workstation setup highlight any areas of concern or equipment can not be adjusted to the needs of the end user then this information, along with advice and recommendations to overcome the issue(s), will be provided to the contact on the order.

Why would you need a remote workstation setup?

It is vital that an individual's workstation is setup appropriately to their needs to avoid any work-related injuries occurring. They can also be useful to resolve or avoid any concerns raised during a DSE risk assessment. It is often the case that the equipment in place is suitable for the end user but it is simply not set up correctly to their needs. Our remote workstation assessments can provide immediate advice and adjustments to the workstation.

What happens before, during and after my remote workstation setup?

Once your remote workstation setup is ordered, we will send you a link to book your remote workstation assessment online at a time which i convenient for you. There is a notes section where you can request the method of call you would prefer.

On the day selected, one of our ergonomic specialists will call you and view your workstation and discuss your needs. They will then provide practical adjustments to be made to your chair, desk etc and talk you through how to make these adjustments.

Following the workstation setup, should there be any adjustment issues which require attention we shall communicate these with the contact on the order.

Delivery Information

For all delivery only stock orders, we aim to deliver the goods within the timeframe outlined within the product page. Not all products shown on the website are held in stock or can be sent via courier ie desktops and therefore the delivery time of these goods may vary. We will keep you updated regularly with estimated delivery times on these goods.

BOXED DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges below are for UK mainland only orders. For all other destinations please contact us for a quote or proceed to the checkout and enter your delivery information.

Accessories ordered on their own are charged at £5 + VAT per delivery - this offer is only available for internet orders. All orders including a boxed chair or desk (No Setup) are charged at £15 + VAT per order

The personal delivery and setup charges below are for deliveries to Mainland UK only.

Chair:  £60
Desk:  £60

If you order a Chair and a Desk together then only one £60 charge will apply.

RETURNS

We offer a two week trial period on the majority of products (exclusions do apply ie Software, Headsets etc) which starts from the day you receive your item(s). If you wish to return an item then simply email us at office@backcs.co.uk so we can provide a returns note and number. Upon receipt of the returned items we will issue a full refund excluding any outward delivery charges. Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item would be available on this two weeks return period.

Goods and packaging must be in their original condition and returned within business hours, carriage paid with the returns note enclosed.

If you are returning an item due to a fault or damage then please contact us and we will arrange for the collection of the item(s).
