Why would you need a remote workstation setup?
It is vital that an individual's workstation is setup appropriately to their needs to avoid any work-related injuries occurring. They can also be useful to resolve or avoid any concerns raised during a DSE risk assessment. It is often the case that the equipment in place is suitable for the end user but it is simply not set up correctly to their needs. Our remote workstation assessments can provide immediate advice and adjustments to the workstation.
What happens before, during and after my remote workstation setup?
Once your remote workstation setup is ordered, we will send you a link to book your remote workstation assessment online at a time which i convenient for you. There is a notes section where you can request the method of call you would prefer.
On the day selected, one of our ergonomic specialists will call you and view your workstation and discuss your needs. They will then provide practical adjustments to be made to your chair, desk etc and talk you through how to make these adjustments.
Following the workstation setup, should there be any adjustment issues which require attention we shall communicate these with the contact on the order.
